For over 30 years, Haven Center of Oregon has provided person-centered residential and community supports that promote safety, dignity, independence, and meaningful inclusion. We support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as aging adults and adults with physical disabilities, through services tailored to individual needs.

Whether in a staffed residential home, supported living setting, or community-based program, our focus is helping each person live with greater choice, stability, and quality of life.

24-Hour Residential Group Homes

Our group homes provide 24/7 support in home-like settings for adults with I/DD. We assist with daily living, medication management, health needs, and meaningful community inclusion. Homes typically support 3-5 residents.

Supported Living Services

A more independent living setting where adults with I/DD live in their own home or apartment and receive scheduled support based on their needs.

Community Living Supports (DSA Program)

A day program where individuals come to participate in community outings, build life skills, and connect with others, providing opportunities to develop independence, friendships, and meaningful daily routines.
